Sign up for an account

Step 1: Access to the website edgeup.tk and click on Sign Up for Your First 100 Points in the top right corner of the website.

Step 2: Fill your information into the Account Details and Profile Details to sign up for your account. Click “Complete Sign up” to complete your account registration.

Step 3: Check your email to activate your account.

Log in to your account

Method 1:

Step 1: Access to the website edgeup.tk, click Sign in button in the top right corner of the website. Then enter your “Email” and “Password” to login.

Step 2: Click “Sign in” to login to the website.

Method 2:

You can sign in with your Facebook or Google account.

Step 1: Click Sign in in the top right corner of the website

Step 2: Click the symbol of Facebook or Google to select Connect with Facebook or Google

Step 3: Enter your Facebook or Google login information.

Registration

When Vendor collaborates and works with Edge Up, Edge Up will create an account for Vendor and provide Vendors with information to login to this account.

Log in

Step 1: Click Sign in at the top right corner of the website

Step 2: Using the login information that Edge Up provides, Vendors log into the account. Click Sign in to complete login.

How to add a course to your Wishlist?

When you each course, short introduction about the course will be displayed next to the course. Next to Enroll button, you will see the “Wishlist”, click on this word to add the course to your Wishlist.

I forgot my password, how to get a new password?

To reset your password:
Step 1: Access to the website edgeup.tk, click Sign up at the top right corner of the website. On the login box, click Forgot your Password.
Step 2: Enter your email address to receive a link.
Step 3: Click to the link in your email and enter your new password.

How can I change my login information?

To change your login information, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: At the top right corner of the website, click to Your Profile
Step 2: On your profile, select Edit personal information
Step 3: Edit your login information and save it.

TAKING A COURSE AND PAYMENT

I would like to buy a course on Edge Up, what should I do?

Step 1: Search the courses you would like to buy by:

Option 1: Type the name of the course to the search bar

Option 2: Find according to Categories

Step 2: Add the course to cart

Click on the course you want to buy in order to:

+ View detailed information about the course

+ Click Enroll now to add the course to your cart

Step 3: Check your cart and place an order

If you would like to take more than one course in a cart, you could continue to search other courses and add them to your cart as Step 2.

After having completed above steps, you can use the Coupon Code (if available) and continue with the following steps to place an order:

+ Check the quantity and update your cart

+ Click Proceed to Checkout to start ordering.

Step 4: Log in or sign up for an account on the website edgeup.tk

In case you haven’t had an account on Edge Up:

After selecting Proceed to Checkout, the system will ask you to provide your information for payment. You have to fill in the necessary information and might tick Create an account to create an account on Edge Up.

In case you have already had an account on Edge Up:

After selecting Proceed to Checkout, you can log in right now or keep the default when you access to edgeup.tk

Step 5: Choose a method of payment and pay for your courses

You can choose one of the following methods of payment

After having chosen the appropriate method of payment, click Place Order to complete your order.

Our system will send you a notice that confirms successful order.

Can I change or cancel a registered course?

Case 1: Registered but not paid: You can change to other course you want.

Case 2: Purchased but not activated: You can change to other course of equal or lower value. If you would like to change to other course of higher, you have to pay more fees.

How to confirm my purchase?

After you have successfully placed an order, the system will send you a notice of order confirmation. You can view your detailed order in the email used to sign up for your account on Edge Up.

How to pay for a course on Edge Up?

After you have logged in or registered your account and chosen your desired courses, you can choose one of the following method of payment to pay for your courses:

When you have purchased the course on the Website, we will send you a confirmation of your purchase and necessary documents so that you can go to the institute and take your courses. We are confident that all information related to your enrollment has been transferred to the center. Before taking the course, you only need to contact with the institute first to confirm.

If I have any feedback about my course, who could I contact with?

If you have feedback about your course, you can contact with Edge Up’s customer service department for assistance. All your oppinions can help help Edge Up improve effectively. We make sure they will always receive our best attention.

If you have questions during learning, who could I ask?

If you have any question during learning, you can ask your classmates, instructors, specialist or consultant for solution.

Students will be provided with email or contact information of the instructors so that they can receive the best answer for your problems.

After having completed my course, can I get a certificate?

After having completed the course, you might receive a certificate from your school or institute you have registered course.

How to accumulate points for a gift? Can I exchange these points into cash?

You can accumulate points in the following ways:

+ Sign up for a course

+ Invite your friends to join the course

+ Participate in Talent Hunts Contests

+ And many other ways during your learning route.

When you score enough points, you can exchange points for courses or many attractive gifts that correspond to the number of points you have.

These points can not be transfered to cash, but courses or gifts updated on the website of Edge Up.

Can I use my points to pay for the course?

Each course will correspond to a certain points. If you accumulate enough points, you can use your accumulated points to exchange the course you want.

How to receive gifts when I accrue enough points?

On the website we will show the gifts with the corresponding points. If you would like to receive these gifts, you need to accumulate enough points for the gift, as soon as you choose Exchange, the system will immediately deduct the corresponding points in your account.
After you have chosen to exchange your gift, you will receive gifts within 15 to 30 days after.
From the estimated date of your order for the gifts, you will have 60 days to receive the gift. After the 60th day if you do not come to the office to receive the gift, your request will be overdue. You can not receive the gift and return your points. You can check the expected delivery date and the expiration date on the website.
You will receive your gift directly at the office of Edge Up. For quick delivery, you need contact with Edge Up’s Advisor for instruction.
You need show your Personal ID and / or Passport for receiving the gifts. Only when you are the owner of account can you be allowed to receive gifts.

If I attend Talent Hunts Contests, how can I earn points?

If you won the Talent Hunts Contests, you need provide us with information relating to your account. We will confirm this information and then the system will automatically add points to your account.

If I invite my friends to join the course, how can I earn points?

You can invite your friends to join the course by sending a direct link via email. When your friends click on the link and sign up to become a member, you will receive points and the system will automatically add these points to your account.

I am a student now. When I take a course of Edge Up, how could I receive favours or support?

Student who signs up to become a member of Edge Up might receive certain favours. Edge Up will provide students with information about job opportunities, accommodation, student’s scholarship and other attractive offers.

The information can be found on the Edge Up’s website or sign up to receive via email everday.

In addition, you can contact with Edge Up’s Advisors or directly come to the office to get more specific information.
